I’ve also recently found out I have lost more weight, and can now fit in a jean size 20 at Forever21 <3 No longer buying pants anywhere else XD This has reinforced me more, because before I tried on those pants, I felt like I was actually gaining more weight rather than losing it. And, sorry I haven’t been posting the smoothie recipes as promised! I guess it’s sort of an out-of-sight-out-of-mind sort of thing lol. I’ll go ahead and make a list of what I bought for my first few weeks though!

Fruit List for Smoothies:

Bananas
Papaya
Oranges
Frozen Strawberries
Frozen Tropical mix
Raspberries
Pomegranate Arils
Flax Seed
Yogurt (I didn’t use much, my fiance at most of it XD )


For the smoothies, as I found out, you need a ‘base’ for everything to blend well :) So next time I’m going to buy some of the Naked juice or something like that. Oh yeah, I bought EVERYTHING at Sam’s Club. Except for my blender, that, I got at Target ;)
